GreenRose Fine Homes and Decorative Ceiling Tiles: Everything’s Coming Up Roses!

117 Grandma's Doilies Quartet Faux Tin Ceiling Tiles for GreenRose Fine Homes and Decorative Ceiling TilesHeadquartered in Glen Ridge in northern New Jersey, GreenRose Enterprises, the parent of GreenRose Fine Homes, is a real estate investment company with a secret. That secret is that owners Steve Moran and Ken Malian are really fabulous designers at heart.

Greenhabbing is the art of rehabilitating and redesigning homes with an eye towards saving both the environment and money. Steve and Ken share a great eye for design as well as an unsurpassed talent and passion for helping homeowners greenhab and prepare their homes for resale while saving and reusing as much of the original construction as possible. Their stated goal is to make living spaces both affordable and enjoyable.

Decorative Ceiling Tiles and GreenRose Fine Homes: A Winning Combo!

The before-and-after pictures of their recent redesign of an old Victorian kitchen using our 117 Grandma’s Doilies Quartet faux tin glue-up ceiling tiles have to be seen to be believed.

The difference is just stunning. The new fixtures, gorgeous deep brown Brazilian walnut wooden floor, and shining new ceiling make the kitchen of this old house so beautiful that it’s almost unrecognizable. Steve and Ken say that their customers are most surprised that these tiles are not metal but faux tin, making them more affordable as well as more durable.
GreenRose Fine Homes and Decorative Ceiling Tiles are quite a team!
